My name is Sofus Midtgaard. Here you will find information about me, my start-up company LeaderLab and my work as consultant.
The last 12 years I’ve been working in the field of new media – with a special focus on how digital media transforms business, relations and organizations.

The last 8 years I’ve been working as Head of Strategic Development and Head of New Media Development at The Danish Broadcasting Corporation / DR.

Public speaking
Occasionally I moderate or attend conferences as a speaker on how digital media challenge and transform business, relations and organizations. LeaderLab
I am Founder and CEO of LeaderLab – a start-up company where we are developing products and social software that help empower Individual and Teams through mapping of strengths and weaknesses and network feedback. New Media Days
Among other activities I was the Founder of New Media Days, a New Media conference held in Copenhagen, gathering around 800 media professionals primarily from Scandinavia.
