Public speaking
I moderate or attend conferences as a speaker on how digital media challenge and transform business, relations and organizations. Favorite topics are social business innovation, open leadership and the state of the media.

I am Managing Partner at LeaderLab – a leadership network driven with support from companies like LEGO, Novo Nordisk, Carlsberg, Coloplast and people like Lars Kolind, Roberts Austin, Anne Skare Nielsen, Caroline Søeborg Ahlefeldt.
New Media Days
Among other activities I was the Founder of New Media Days, a New Media conference held in Copenhagen, gathering around 800 media professionals primarily from Scandinavia.
