AI Leadership Brief
- Your Questions, Answered

  • The free brief covers your focal question - your organisation's central challenge in a decade of AI, three core dilemmas, three structural exposures, six megatrends shaping your sector, and a scenario matrix showing four possible futures for the decade ahead. It takes about 10 minutes to read and is specific to your organisation and role.

  • The Executive Brief expands every scenario into a full narrative — what the world looks like in 2035, what it means specifically for your organisation, where competition comes from, and what signals to watch. It adds a detailed assessment of where your organisation stands today, three decisions that cannot wait (with timelines), and eight leadership questions to bring to your team. It also includes a capability bet — the single investment that determines whether you lead or follow across all four futures. The free brief orientates you. The Executive Brief equips you to act.

Here is an example of a paid Executive brief made with McKinsey as case

  • It isn't a report about AI in general. It's built from your diagnostic answers, your organisation's publicly available context, and your sector dynamics — so the focal question, dilemmas, and scenarios are specific to you. The scenario methodology follows the Shell 2x2 approach used by serious strategy teams: two genuinely uncertain axes, four meaningfully different worlds, specific implications for your organisation in each. Everything tailored to your organisation’s specific situation.

  • Yes it is! This tool uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate your brief. That model was trained on historical data. It cannot predict the future. It has no inside knowledge of your organisation. And Anthropic, the company that built Claude, has an interest in AI being seen as important, useful, and not necessarily as something that will replaces intire industries.

So why use it?

Because a lot of value in this service has been put into prompting and challenging lazy AI thinking and presenting the output in a form that provokes the reader to think critically about the decade ahead.

The brief isn't a prediction. It's a structure for thinking. The scenario methodology it uses — two critical uncertainties, four possible worlds — is the same framework serious strategy teams have used for decades, long before AI existed. The model applies that structure to your specific sector, competitive landscape, and diagnostic answers faster and more consistently than a junior analyst could. What it produces is a provocation, not a verdict.

The focal question it identifies, the dilemmas it names, the signals it tells you to watch — these are starting points for your thinking, not conclusions. If something in your brief feels off consider it a departure for further investigation.

Keep thinking. A prompt is not a strategy. This tool/brief though, is a very good way to start your stress test of your organisation agains the decade had.

  • The brief draws on publicly available information about your organisation, combined with what you tell us when answering eight customized questions. Where public information is limited, it relies on sector-level patterns and your answers. If you provide a URL to your main website in the field, you dramatically improve the quality of output and recommendations. Some specifics may be off — treat it as a structured provocation, not an audit. The value is in the framing and the questions it forces, not in every factual claim being perfect.

  • The paid Executive Brief is delivered by email immediately after payment — typically within 30 seconds. We recommend you print or save it as a PDF. Please look in your spam filter/folder if the e-mail does not arrive after payment. If you still can’t find anything: contact me: +4530220111 - or info@sofusmidtgaard.dk

  • The brief is a starting point. If you want to run a full scenario process with your leadership team — where participants build the scenarios together, argue about the axes, and leave with shared conviction rather than a document — that's a different engagement. Reach out at info@sofusmidtgaard.dk or +45 30 220 111 to discuss.

  • Your answers are stored temporarily to generate the paid brief, then retained for email follow-up purposes. They are not shared with third parties and not used to train AI models. The brief is generated using the Anthropic Claude API under standard data processing terms. If you have specific data residency requirements, contact info@sofusmidtgaard.dk before purchasing.

  • If the Executive Brief doesn't meet the standard of the free brief you read before buying, email info@sofusmidtgaard.dk and you'll get a refund. No process, no questions. The free brief is a genuine sample — that's the quality level you're buying - just extended in the Executive brief.

  • A strategy consultant charges $300–500 per hour. A comparable scenario analysis from a boutique firm runs $5,000–25,000.

This report delivers insight, analysis, provocation, and suggested action easily worth 5.000 $ consulting.

If not satisfied with the quality, write me 3 lines explaining what disappointed you to: info@sofusmidtgaard.dk and I will make a refund - no questions asked!
