I take on a small number of advisory and board engagements each year — with organizations where the questions are genuinely hard and the stakes are real.
My work sits at the intersection of AI strategy, organizational transformation, and strategic foresight. I bring a practitioner's perspective: someone who has led change inside large institutions, built things from scratch, and spent years thinking seriously about what comes next.
I have worked with Nike, IKEA, NASA, USAID, the US State Department, and the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs — bringing leaders and institutions together around complex challenges.

Scenario planning Structured foresight processes for leadership teams facing genuine uncertainty. I have worked with Shell's scenario methodology since 2003 — applying it directly with DR and Maersk on strategic foresight and scenario work.
